Content Localization
Every aspect in Nuntio Articles is localized. There are html templates for every language, every article attribute may
be translated and of course, static label localization is supported as well. Administrators may choose to define a fallback
locale for situations where a language version for a given locale is not available. You have full control over articles being
displayed for each of your languages.
Template Driven
The ouputted HTML code is completely template driven. Templates are organized into themes which makes reusing templates
throughout a portal or an installation an easy job. The module comes with a template manager UI from where you can
edit templates, a token help is available from within the template manager. Templates are localized, e.g. you may have
different templates for each of your locales.
Unlimited Categories
Articles may be assigned to unlimited categories. Categories can be created while adding a new article
and they can be organized hierarchically in a treeview. A category title can also be translated in each
enabled portal locale.
Link Articles to resources
Each article can be linked to a given resource. A resource may be a user profile,
a file in your portal, an external URL, a page in your portal and - brand new - even a file from a DMX collection
(DMX is a another third party module that has to be purchased separately from
Bring2Mind)
Post Articles to Twitter
Content editors can post articles directly to their Twitter account by using the
TwitterMail service. As a content editor you have to enter your account details only once and then
you can opt to twitter post a short summary each time you enter a new article.
Comment on Articles
Site visitors may comment on articles. Article authors have the possibility to authorize or reject comments.
And - besides the internal comment system - though the template engine you are free to inplement commenting
engines like Disqus with a single of code.
Newsletter Delivery
Site visitors may receive e-mail newsletters conataing an aggregated view of new articles in the system.
A content editor can decide wether to include an article in the next mail run and site administrators can
configure who is alloed to subscribe to new articles (anonymous visitors as well as registered users).
Predefined Module Views
An article module instance supports multiple view modes: Article list, category browser, author filter,
RSS browser and subscription form mode. Each view can be linked to a central given article module and may use
a different theme and / or template.
Integrated Article Search
In addition to the supported DotnetNuke seach the module comes with an integrated search interface that allows
visitors to search for an article in a given mdoule instance.
Search Engine optimized (SEO)
Earch article in the system has a fixed url that contains the article name. Meta tags like page descripton and title
are updated dynamically.
Improved UI for Content Editors
The highly responsive User interface enables content editors to quickly add new articles to the system.
State of the Art UI libraries make content editing an enjoyable task.
